Police are seeking witnesses and/or video of the accident which closed the Millwood Rd. rail underpass Saturday morning. They say the driver was a man, 20, with another man, also 20, as a passenger. As is known. the car struck the side abutment of the bridge as it headed into East York. The driver is said to have sustained life-threatening injuries. The passenger has serious injuries. Police are asking local residents, business, and drivers, who may have security or dash-camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
