A news conference Friday night in Ottawa has heard police say that “something happened that forced us to arrest the bus driver” of the double-decker transit vehicle in which three people died. Some 23 others were injured when the bus hit a passenger deck at a transit station. Representatives would not say anything more about their concerns with the driver except that she is being questioned.
