SNC-Lavalin has signed a deal to sell about 10 percent of 407 International Inc. to the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Service, OMERS. According to a story by Canadian Press Friday this means the firm will now have four owners: Ferrovial S.A., a Spanish multinational out of Madrid at 43.23 percent, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board with 40 percent, OMERS with 10.01 percent and SNC with 6.75.
