Carbon taxes of all sorts plus plain old taxes and summer change-over costs are driving up the price of gasoline. GasBuddy predicts that prices will continue to rise in Vancouver. Regular is 126.9 at Mt. Pleasant Rd. and Merton St. on Friday.
