Police have reported an extraordinary haul of loot valued at $500,000 from a home on Huntley Street in the St. James Town area south of Bloor and east of Jarvis Sts. This occurred Sunday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.when the residents were out. The report from police posted Tuesday said simply that “the suspect(s) stole several valuable items, which included: watches, jewellery and purses; in all exceeding a total value of $500,000.”
