He says: “It’s true that the Lifeguard takes note of the commotion and evaluates it as “ho-hum”. The safety of those patrons being confirmed, she adjusts her sunglasses and continues to scan other areas of the pool for a child’s body that might easily go unnoticed if she were distracted.
