As reported and recorded by City News, John Tory seized summer Friday morning by leaping into the Giovanni Caboto Outdoor Pool at 1369 St. Clair Ave. West fully clothed. He was there to kick off the City’s outdoor pool season. The mayor’s acknowledgment of this known rite of summer delighted the children.
