Two teen girls, 13, have been struck by an older model van while crossing the street outside Agincourt Collegiate Institute Monday afternoon. Both girls are in serious to life-threatening condition, police report. It happened near or at Midland and Lockie Aves., a signalized crossing, at around 3:30 p.m. Police say the driver, a 64-year-old woman, remained on scene. They are appealing to the public for video of any kind that might confirm what occurred.
