Many members are responding to a concern by a Leaside resident on the weekend about raccoon filth and the need to control it. As is known, municipal legislation seems to view the raccoon nuisance as stray6 cats. Is it time for a municipal cull of raccoons?
Yes for a raccoon cull. They are not only filthy but cause serious property damage.
