Gift card suspect
He appeared at a store at Bloor St. and Ossington Ave. with a gift certificate that police say was “fraudulently obtained” Some would call it stealing. The certificate was exchanged for a card that was used to buy something unstated in the police release. No matter, they want to find him. This occurred on August 12, 2019 between the hours of 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. He is described as approximately 20 to 25 years old with a thin build, wearing a black Kangol bucket hat, thin gold necklace, a black T-shirt, navy blue shorts, a black backpack with a white handle, black Air Jordans with white soles, and a black bracelet on his right hand.
