Two recently-built homes were gutted by fire/CP24 capture
Neighbors tell fire officials that at least one man was seen running from two recently-built homes on Westbourne Ave. in Scarborough moments before they erupted in flames and were gutted. The call came in about 4 a.m. to the site near Victoria Park and St. Clair Ave. The homes were unoccupied and had no power connected. They stood on a lot which until recently held a brick bungalow at 57 Westbourne.
