Wanted for distraction theft
They could be mistaken anyone’s mom and dad, but these two are alleged to have emptied out the contents of a woman’s purse while she was dining near Bay and Wellington Sts. April 8. The police release Monday says the victim left her purse “in an area with her friends” But it was taken and looted before being put back in a similar place. Security camera images captured the thieves and the theft of another person’s belongings. The other victim has not reported the theft to the police. Call (416) 808-5200 if you know anything.
