The opening of Eataly, the celebrated Italian sit down or walk about eating place, is now set for 5 p.m. Wednesday, November 13, according to the firm. The new Eataly is at the Manulife Centre on Bloor St. Reports suggest the first Toronto Eataly will rival international locations of the restaurant. Executive president Andrea Guerra has told the Financial Post that he sees another Eataly in Toronto in the coming months as part of other Canadian expansion. “First of all, Toronto probably, being the largest city, could host a second Eataly,” said Guerra. “And then, between Montreal and Vancouver, there could be another Eataly.”
