A small number of visibly furious elementary school teachers assailed Education Minister Stephen Lecce Wednesday as he left Ogden Junior Public School on Phoebe St. near Spadina Ave in Chinatown. He had attended a meeting about bullying. The teachers put on quite a spectacle although it is difficult to hear just what they are saying.
