Artist Robert Sprachman’s 1990s Iron Horse work, recreated for 2020, has been dedicated in a ceremony Saturday at the Kay Gardner Belt Line Park Bridge over Yonge St. Mayor Tory and Ward 12 Councillor Josh Matlow cut the ribbon as many parties from the community and Midtown Yonge BIA looked on.
