Proposed changes at Bayview and Millwood
Work will begin next week on South Bayview Ave. streetscape additions commissioned by the Bayview Leaside BIA. A fenced area on the northwest corner of Bayview and Millwood Rd. will be the first to receive the planned planters and other refinements.
