Facebook carries posts Saturday morning about what appears to be the surprise close of Melonhead children’s haircutting at 294 Danforth and the unsuccessful efforts to get through to another location at Yonge St. and Lawrence Ave. A phone message at the Danforth Ave. store is delivered by a sad voice saying the business has closed after ten years. It mentions the lease and a decision to go “in another direction.” FB
