The Leaside Garden Society will meet Monday, February 13. The guest speaker will be Toronto naturalist Miles Hearn. His subject will be common weeds. The meeting convenes at 7:30 p.m. at the Leaside Public Library. Guests are welcome. Other LGS news includes the #Butterflyway Red Canoe recently placed at the corner of McRae Dr. and Rumsey Rd. It will be planted with Milkweed and other growth which help sustain the Monarch Butterfly and bees.
