Kiera seen holding her little brother/Viater family
Canadian Press says Tuesday that the grieving mom and stepdad of Keira Kagan, 4, will view her body Tuesday. The child was found alongside her father at the bottom of the Niagara Escarpment at Rattlesnake Park late Sunday. Philip Viater is quoted as telling CP he and his wife, Jennifer Kagan, will be going to the coroner’s office to say goodbye to Keira.
