Gregory Mathieu, 22, used to be an employee of an IGA store in Quebec city. Now he and his family are pondering how to spend and invest the $70 million Loto-Quebec jackpot won by Mr. Mathieu last Tuesday. CTV says the young’s car had been breaking down all the time. That problem is solved. Mathieu appeared Friday with family members and co-winners Ursule Jolicoeur, Sandra Julien, Sonia Julien, Sylvie Julien, Denis Lessard, Derek Prevost and Stephane Provost.
