York Region Police are appealing to the public for video or any witness account that can help them find the hit and run driver who struck and killed a cyclist just after dawn Monday. It happened between 7.30 and 8.30 a.m. on Carlton Rd. near Old Ivy Lane in Unionville as the man of 50 was out on his bike. The mangled bicycle was found by a passing driver at about 8.30.
