A man in an Audi drove his car at high-speed across the roof parking lot at the shopping mall on Rutherford Rd. in the Town of Vaughan Thursday. The vehicle struck and fatally injured a woman on foot in the lot and then smashed through a railing and fell to the street below. The driver is said to have died later in the hospital. The horrifying occurrence may be the result of a medical crisis suffered by the driver but police are seeking a firmer explanation.
