Bill Morneau quits HOC, bids for job in Paris as OECD boss



Finance Minister Bill Morneau has quit his portfolio as well as the House of Commons as scandal swirls around he and the prime minister over government dealings with the WE charity. The CBC says Monday night that Mr. Morneau, of Bennington Heights, will bid to be the next secretary-general for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) with headquarters in Paris.
