It didn’t take long for what appears to have been the most minor of issues between strangers for one of them to produce a gun and shoot the other dead. It may have been about shopping carts or parking but when you’re prepared to kill over nothing, it hardly matters. All of this at the cart return stand in the Walmart parking lot on St. Clair Ave. at Mould Ave. Thursday afternoon. The dead man has been identified as Andre Rodriguez, 26, of Toronto. Police are asking anyone who knows Rodriguez and has been in contact with him over the past week to contact them at (416) 808-7400. Anyone who was driving in the area of St. Clair Avenue and Mould Avenue at 1 p.m – 2 p.m. with a dashcam, is also asked to contact police to obtain the video from their car.
