Many may wonder why officials continue to predict a second wave of COVID-19 in Ontario when the numbers clearly show that it’s happening in front of them. The overnight count for all Ontario ending at midnight was 315, of which 253 were found in the GTA and Ottawa. There were 77 new cases in Toronto, 54 in Peel Region, 37 in York and 24 in Durham.
