Sanctuary updates underway
New floor, ceiling in gym
New kitchen was overdue
Leaside United Church is a lively 90 years old but the need for a general fix-up has been apparent for a while. It’s underway now and the “renovation team” has provided an update. Among the additions are new front steps and a new gym floor. Graham Lute of the team says the upgrades are substantial. They include landscaping, new gathering and welcome areas, AV sound systems, lighting for concerts and not one but two new kitchens.
