What’s going on in the apartment towers of Mississauga?
The Ministry of Health has counted 1,042 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24-hour period ending at midnight. It is a record number. Saturday’s count was 978. There were 309 new cases in Toronto. That’s fewer than Saturday when there were 348. Peel Region on the other hand saw a leap from 170 to 289 in one day. There were 117 cases in York Region, 80 in Ottawa and 52 in Durham.
