Apartment at Lumsden and Barrington
Toronto Police are seeking Jordan Lem, 29, in connection with the theft of a cell phone from a woman in an apartment lobby at Lumsden Avenue and Barrington Avenue Sunday afternoon. He is described as Asian, 5’6, 150 lbs., thin build, with curly black hair and brown eyes. An image of Lem is not available at this time but an image of the vehicle used during the incident has been released.
