Sunday C-19 new cases count is 3,422 with 1,035 in Toronto

The Ministry of Health reports finding 3,422 new cases of C-19 in the province Sunday for the 24-hour period ending at midnight. About two-thirds of the cases (2113) were found in the Golden Horseshoe communities from Hamilton to Durham Region. Toronto had 1,035 of these. There were 69 deaths across Ontario, 36 of them in long-term care homes. Once again daily reports seem to have plateaued in a range between 3,000 and 3,500. Time will tell.
