OPP have charged an inspector, Steve Grosjean, 62, with breach-of-trust in connection to the discovery of systematic preferential treatment of certain two truck operators. Three officers are already charged. They are PC Bindo Showan, 57, PC Simon Bridle, 53, and PC Mohammed Ali Hussain, 52.
