Four lots on Rumsey Rd approved for the construction of four homes have now been listed for sale for $1,890,000 each. The original homes were knocked known in May of 2018 at 171, 173, 175 and 177 Rumsey. Public notices were circulated regarding the Committee of Adjustment meeting on the January 28th, 2021 to consider the building applications. The for sale listings note that a “permit is in hand”.
