Detour on Lake Shore Blvd Thursday

Traffic is snarled on Lake Shore Blvd Thursday because of a road closure between Newfoundland Drive and New Brunswick Way. Police say a pedestrian bridge has unspecified damage and poses a potential threat to cars below.
