Planned seven-storey residential and retail building at corner of O’Connor and Donlands
A plan has been submitted to build at one of the most familiar corners in East York. It calls for the demolition of the Beer Store on the southwest corner and the construction of a seven-storey mixed-use building containing both residential and retail. Urban Toronto has posted the information. The submission argues that the plan fits with the other developments occurring along arterial roads in East York, with most having residential use, and ranging from three to 18 storeys.
