She’s locked inside bicycle cage as he roams outside

A woman employee at Toronto General Hospital left an overnight shift last Friday and found herself in a very unpleasant confrontation with an unkempt man who was exposing himself. The woman locked herself in the bicycle cage and called the police. When cops arrived at the Elizabeth Street garage the man was gone but pictures show this guy with a beard, an apparent can of beer and shoes with the laces hanging loose. Lovely.
