Toronto has launched what it calls the restoration of Alexandra Park on Bathurst St. but advocates for those camping there in the rough call it an attack on the homeless. There are many tweets raging about the right of homeless people to live in public parks.

There are no City housing or outreach workers here – where residents of the park are being ejected into the street on Ryerson.
