The off-on hydro fluctuations continued in South Bayview Friday evening. As the evening waned a circular blackout area in Davisville could be seen on the Hydro Outage Map. It seemed to stretch east to west from Cleveland St to Forman Ave and from maybe Hillsdale Ave in the north to slightly south of Millwood Ave. FB
