$11 million winner in Saturday’s 649 somewhere in Quebec

A lottery player in Quebec won Saturday’s $11 million Lotto 649 jackpot. The winning ticket for the draw’s guaranteed $1 million prize was also sold in Quebec. The jackpot for the next Lotto 649 draw on Sept. 1 will be an estimated $5 million.
