Cranes go up, cranes come down in Midtown highrise frenzy

People who live in the midst of the concentrated construction frenzy we know as Midtown Yonge and Eglinton may lose track of how unique (not to say miserable) their lives are because of it. Just as Toronto has more construction cranes at work than any other City in North America, Yonge-Eglinton is the crucible of this furious activity.
