Farewell Logan ramps, hello three years of construction hell

Come Tuesday night, the on and off-ramps at the eastern end of the Fred Gardiner Expressway will be permanently closed and torn down. The ancient, unsightly but for many deeply-valued old road across downtown is now more than 60 years old. In 2015, the City decided to remake it before it starts falling down.
