Steeles Ave and Bramalea Rd. early Saturday/Jeremy Cohn
The sombre wreckage of a 2014 Chrysler and tractor-trailer is seen at the corner of Steeles Ave and Bramalea Rd early Saturday. Witnesses say the Chrysler hurtled through a red light at very high speed. The occupants were young men aged 19 to 21. Two are dead and one is fighting for his life in hospital. The trucker had minor injuries.
12:20 AM: One person dead, 2 others transported w/ no vital signs from a crash at Bramalea Rd & Steeles Av, #Brampton. Police say a car ran a red light and hit a flatbed truck.
