Toronto police have gathered a clear gallery of a man who they claim commits break and enters in order to cause damage to the locations he targets. He has been active since August of last year near Lakeshore Boulevard W and Parklawn Road. He has allegedly broken windows, caused flooding, set off fire alarms and generally damaged commercial and condominiums locations. He is described as 5’8″, 150-160 lbs., clean-shaven, with dark hair.
