A Toronto policeman has shot himself in the hand and leg accidentally while on duty, the TPS reports. The specifics of the accident are not provided by the police. The officer is said to be recovering in hospital. It happened while cops were in the area of Fairview Mall near Don Mills Rd and Sheppard Ave at about 2:45 p.m. Thursday.
