The Michelin Guide revealed its inaugural list of Toronto restaurants at a gala held at the Evergreen Brick Works Tuesday night. Michelin’s international director Gwendal Poullenec revealed that 13 restaurants would be featured in the guide. Midtown’s Yukashi (643a Mt Pleasant Rd) has been given one Michelin star!
17 restaurants received the Bib Gourmand designation, which recognizes establishment with quality food where you can get two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for less than $60. Bayview’s own Indian Street Food Company at 1701 Bayview Avenue was recognized in this category. Congrats to all!
