Environment Canada issued an alert on Wednesday afternoon. “Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring. Fog is expected to continue into Thursday morning. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.” The GTAA says the flow of arrivals at Toronto Pearson airport has been reduced due to the fog. Photo enthusiasts will be getting some spectacular moody photos of the city this evening through the pea soup fog.
