The application submitted by SmartCentres REIT, designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, is for a commercial center project at 70 & 80 Wicksteed Ave, 202, 204, & 206 Parkhurst Blvd, and 99 Vanderhoof Ave. The proposal includes a series of new buildings of various sizes, totaling 20,184 square meters in gross floor area, and accommodating 403 vehicle and 138 bicycle parking spaces.
One of the photos included in the application indicates that this will be for a shiny, new Canadian Tire outlet.
