Salute Our Veterans: Operation Raise a Flag at Sunnybrook

This Remembrance Day, Operation Raise a Flag is an opportunity to express our gratitude to the courageous men and women who stood on guard for our country. Sunnybrook Veterans Centre, Canada’s largest Veterans care facility, invites you to make a difference in the lives of our Veterans.

Founded 75 years ago as a pillar of care for war heroes, Sunnybrook Hospital continues to honor its mission as the premier Veterans care facility in the nation. Partnering with Veterans Affairs Canada, Sunnybrook provides top-tier cognitive, physical, mental health, and stroke care to over 200 Canadian Veterans from the Second World War, Korean War, and the Cold War.

Your contribution to Operation Raise a Flag ensures that 30,000 flags will adorn the Sunnybrook campus on Remembrance Day, symbolizing our collective honour and appreciation for our Veterans. In addition, your support will help build new state-of-the-art gym and library facilities at the Veterans Centre, ensuring our brave Veterans receive the exceptional care they deserve.

Join us in saying “Thank You” to Canada’s Veterans. Support Operation Raise a Flag and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who stood tall for our freedom.
