UrbanToronto: Scalloped redesign for Imperial St proposal

The redevelopment plans for 25 Imperial Street near Davisville subway station have been revised once more, now proposing a 21-storey condominium. The original 2021 submission called for a 14-storey building, but subsequent revisions in 2022 and 2023 raised the height to 19 storeys. After securing an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for an adjacent property in December 2023, the developer has resubmitted the proposal to reflect the expanded site.
