A group of individuals and organizations speaking as advocates for the homeless has issued a public letter calling for the legalization of park encampments. The authors, numbering more than 70, demand the repeal of bylaws “criminalizing people” who reside in parks (presumably any park) until “they leave on their own terms to permanent housing they deem safe and accessible”. The letter also demands the immediate resignation of the mayor for efforts to clear the encampments.

In a virtual medal table, Gracenote projects that Canada will win four gold, eight silver and nine bronze medals, coming in 15th place. Gracenote is a data and technology company that provides sports, music and video metadata to entertainment services and companies.

Lost medicine harmful if ingested
Toronto Police have issued an alert about a quantity of lost medication near Kennedy Rd. and Eglinton Avenue East. The medication is described as Clonazepan (0.5mg/30 pills) and Lyrica-pregabalin (150mg/80 pills). The medication could be harmful or fatal if ingested, especially to children.

The property is the location of a long-promised retail development that would have included, among other tenants, an Organic Garage grocery store. But the project has languished since it was first made public six years ago. The Bulldog has reached out to XYZ for comment.

The purchase of 33 Laird by XYZ creates a long frontage on the east side of the street stretching from Canvarco Rd. to the railway tracks. It raises reasonable speculation about the possible re-making of the intersection of Millwood Rd. and Laird Drive from a three-way to a four-way intersection.

She told CTV that she knew it was wrong to run but she panicked. Macy however had an animal instinct that made her turn and confront the coyote. She’s a bit the worse for wear in pet hospital.
Woman critically hurt in rear end crash into truck on 400

•A woman of about 40 has been critically injured in the rear-end collision of this BMW SUV on southbound Highway 400 near Finch Ave early Friday. Toronto Fire Service said she was extracted from the vehicle. Comments on the OPP Tweet from a “crashologist” notes that this collision “demonstrates that minor crush may exist at bumper level while major structural intrusion occurs above”.
