This is a pie shaped piece of land which sits at the busy corner of Millwood Rd and Laird Drive. It is across the street from the Leaside Memorial Gardens and Arena.  The matter is said to be in the hands of Steve Forrester, chief planner for the City, He is expected to make a decision on re-zoning to permit the structure.  The developer is Knightstone Capital.
