I drove by approximately 2 minutes after it happened as traffic came to a halt all of a sudden and there was only 15-20 vehicles ahead of me. What I saw was a woman, in her 30s, face down on the road underneath the Millwood Rd bridge that crosses over the DVP. God rest her soul.
Why has there been no reporting on this. I saw only what appears to be a body covered by police as I drove by on my way to church. May God help that family who is now suffering because of this tragedy.
It was a young woman perhaps in her 20’s who appeared to have been thrown off the bridge north of the Bloor/Bayview off ramp at about 11am yesterday (Sunday morning). She was lying facedown in the middle lane. Wearing jeans , high heels , and absolutely no sign of any blood. It was shocking. No emergency vehicles had arrived. Traffic was just beginning to back up. 2 small SUV’s had stopped, their drivers and passengers clearly in deep shock
I wish more would be reported on exactly what happened. Especially when we drive by and see two dead bodies. The mind can only wander.
